The protection of your personal information is important to us, so we offer you a few shopping options: shop on-line via our secure Pay Pal system, -or- shop via phone (please call between 9am – 7pm E.S.T. 212-489-6115 Monday - Saturday) -or- shop via Fax 866-457-9854. Please do not send private credit card or bank information via e-mail.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.  All deliveries are sent via USPS or UPS/Fed-Ex ground.

In order to receive Tax Free purchases please provide proof of non-profit status or tax exemption eligibility. Email or fax to 866-457-9854 your non-profit certificate, 501c3 ID number or a letter of explanation on your organization's letterhead explaining your tax-free eligibility. You can also order by mail by filling out the GATGO Order Form.

The shipping cost is based on the total purchase amount:

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and PO Box/APO/FPO Addresses
: All orders are delivered by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail and follow the same shipping rates listed in the above table. The U.S. Territories include Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Pacific Islands, Guam and American Samoa.

Signature Required
: Shipments with a total value above $300 will be sent with a signature required upon delivery.
